Diagnosis and Improvement Strategies of Professional Course Teaching in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Classroom Elements

Abstract
Classroom teaching in vocational colleges is a key link in cultivating students'comprehensive vocational qualities and action abilities.Based on the classroom elements of vocational colleges,classroom observation indicators were developed.Through on-site observation and data analysis of 86 professional classroom teaching in vocational colleges in the region,it was found that there are common problems in vocational college classroom teaching,such as vague teaching objectives,textbook based teaching contents,missing teaching situations,formalized teaching methods,single organizational forms,programmed teaching processes,unified teaching evaluation,and binary teacher-student relationships.In order to effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching in vocational colleges,it is necessary to reconstruct the six concept system in vocational education,strengthen the subject consciousness and responsibility of teachers and students in the classroom,clarify the teaching objectives and tasks guided by professional ethics,optimize the supporting elements of classroom teaching with vocational education characteristics,and carry out vocational ethics oriented classroom learning evaluation based on the student-centered concept.关键词
