The Effect of Sand Table Game Combined with Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Controlled-Release Tablets on Symptoms and Neurotransmitters in Children with ADHD

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of sand table games combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets on hyperactivity syndrome and neurotransmitters in children with attention adeicit hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD).Method:80 children with ADHD admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from March 2019 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into 2 groups according to random number table.The sandplay group(40 cases)was given sandplay therapy,and the combined treatment group was given sandplay therapy combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets.The treatment period was 3 months,and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Result:After treatment,the cognitive function evaluation index scores of the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those of the sandplay group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score of combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of sandplay group,and the levels of norepinephrine(NE)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)were significantly higher than those of sandplay group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The ADHD scale score of the combined treatment group was lower than that of sandplay,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of sand table games and methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets has good clinical efficacy in treating children with ADHD.关键词
