Abstract
Objective:Observation on the clinical effect of HuFu Copper Acupuncture and Gua Sha of the Belt Vein combined with traditional Chinese medicine soup in the treatment of tubal infertility.Method:Sixty patients with tubal infertility treated in Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and comprehensive group by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Gynecological Neixiao Decoction on the 2nd day after the first menstrual cycle after laparoscopic fallopian tube plastic repair,and the comprehensive group was given Hu Fu Copper Acupuncture and Gua Sha of the Belt Vein on the basis of gynecological neixiao decoction,and the two groups were treated for 6 consecutive menstrual cycles.The change of tubal revascularization rate and TCM symptom score after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of intrauterine pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy were analyzed during follow-up.Result:After treatment,the rate of tubal recanalization in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the comprehensive group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intrauterine pregnancy rate in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ectopic pregnancy rate in the comprehensive group was 6.67%,compared with 10.00%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hu Fu Copper Acupuncture and Gua Sha of the Belt Vein combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction can reduce the symptoms of tubal infertility,improve the rate of tubal recanalization and intrauterine pregnancy.关键词
