数字化转型背景下职业院校教师数字素养现状与提升路径
On the Current Status and Improvement Paths of Digital Literacy of Vocational College Teachers under the Background of Digital Transformation

Abstract
Teacher digital literacy is an important observation point for the digital transformation of vocational education.Improving teacher digital literacy is a key measure to promote the digital transformation of vocational education and open up new tracks for digital vocational education.On the basis of defining the concept of digital literacy among vocational school teachers,a questionnaire survey and data statistics were conducted on the digital literacy of 1055 vocational school teachers.The results show that vocational college teachers have strong digital awareness and sense of responsibility,lag behind in learning emerging digital technologies,have shortcomings in digital application abilities,and their technical practice experience can significantly improve their digital literacy.Based on this,a new ecosystem for cultivating digital literacy among vocational college teachers should be constructed through the organic integration of"course training certificate competition",a new engine for cultivating digital literacy among vocational college teachers should be created through scenario driven integration of science and education,and a new guarantee for the digital literacy training of vocational college teachers should be provided through the synergy of system and culture.关键词
