摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of standardized pain care combined with traditional Chinese medicine ultra-laser fumigation and washing in the nursing of mixed hemorrhoid suprorrhoid mucosal circumtomy under internal anesthesia.Method:80 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine ultra-laser fumigation and washing)and the observation group(treated with standardized pain care combined with traditional Chinese medicine ultra-laser fumigation and washing)by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The clinical rehabilitation indicators(disappearance time of exudate, disappearance time of edema and hospital stay)and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. The Behavioral Pain Scale(BPS)and the Comfort Status Scale(GCQ)were used to evaluate the pain and comfort of the two groups on the day of admission and one day before discharge.Result:On the day of admission, there was no statistically significant difference in the BPS scale score and GCQ score between the two groups(P>0.05).One day before discharge, the GCQ,BPS score, complication rate and various clinical rehabilitation indicators of the control group were all lower than those of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized pain care combined with traditional Chinese medicine ultra-laser fumigation and washing can improve the pain and the occurrence of complications in patients undergoing circumambulation of the superior hemorrhoid mucosa of mixed hemorrhoids under internal anesthesia, thereby enhancing the overall comfort rate.关键词
