Acupoints Selection Law in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in Zhong Hua Yi Dian Based on Data Mining
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the acupoint selection law for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)in TCM ancient books through data mining technology. Methods Prescription about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for CFS in the fifth edition of Zhong Hua Yi Dian was screened. The frequency, location, meridian and specific acupoints of the acupoints in the acupuncture prescription were summarized.SPSS 26.0 software was used for clustering analysis,SPSS Modeler 18.0 for association rule analysis.Cytoscape 3.9.1 software was used to draw a co-occurence network of high frequency acupoints. Results A total of 263 prescriptions on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CFS were obtained from 21 TCM ancient books, using a total of 142 acupoints with a total frequency of 893 times. There were 59 acupoints with a frequency of≥5.The five frequently used acupoints were Zusanli(ST36),Shenshu(BL23),Pishu(BL20),Gaohuang(BL43)and Geshu(BL17).Bladder meridian was the most frequently used meridian. The anatomical locations primarily involved lower limb and waist-back.The more frequently used specific acupoints were Wushu acupoints and Beiyu acupoints;according to the association rules, the co-occurrence intensity of Zusanli(ST36)-Gaohuang(BL43)and Qihai(CV6)-Zusanli(ST36)was the highest;clustering analysis identified six effective clusters for acupoint selection. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for CFS in the TCM ancient books mainly focuses on regulating qi and blood, emphasizing the use of the Wushu acupoints,Beishu acupoints.关键词
