摘要

Abstract

The construction of teaching staff is an important link in improving the quality of vocational education.The professional adaptability level of young teachers in higher vocational colleges affects their performance in teaching,research,social services,and other aspects.However,newly recruited young teachers often face adaptation problems in teaching,research,interpersonal and career development in the face of new school environments.In response to the above issues,starting from the theory of organizational socialization and adopting the perspective of interaction between organizations and employees,strategies such as constructing a hierarchical and classified training system,optimizing assessment and incentive systems,strengthening teachers'self-learning and improvement,and assisting teachers in formulating career development plans are proposed to help newly hired young teachers better complete organizational socialization and improve their professional adaptability.
