Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation on nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy after radical resection of lung cancer.Method:A total of 94 patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical resection of lung cancer admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the computer random number table method.The control group(n=47)received conventional treatment,while the observation group(n=47)was treated with moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet therapy on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,TCM syndrome score and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.62%,which was higher than 78.72%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation therapy in patients with nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy after radical resection of lung cancer is good,and it can relieve nausea,vomiting and negative emotions.关键词
