基于R语言数据挖掘分析痛风性关节炎中药外用用药规律
Analysis on the Medication Law of External Application of Chinese Materia Medica in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis Based on R Language Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of external application of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of gouty arthritis(GA)using data mining techniques;To provide references for clinical.Methods Literature related to the external application of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of GA was retrieved from the CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from the establishment of the databases to January 1,2024.A database was constructed using Excel 2016,and statistical analysis of frequency,property,taste and meridian tropism was conducted using R 4.3.1 language as well as association rule mining and clustering.Results A total of 241 articles were included,and 241 prescriptions were extracted,involving 247 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The total frequency of usage was 2 075,with 58 kinds of Chinese materia medica with a frequency of>10,the top five were Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Astrctylodis Rhizoma,Borneolum Syntheticum and Carthami Flos.Association rule analysis identified 106 frequent itemsets,of which 41 were herb pair itemsets,53 were herb combination itemsets,and 12 itemsets contained more than three kinds of Chinese materia medica.Hierarchical clustering analysis of herbs with frequency>10 resulted in 15 clusters of prescriptions.Conclusion The external application of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of GA predominantly targets the liver and focuses on treatment principles such as dispelling wind,cold and dampness;promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis;and relieving pain by opening the meridians.Additionally,tonifying the liver and kidney is often used as an adjunctive approach.关键词
