Abstract
As a flavored tea,Xinhui Ganpu Tea has been widely loved by consumers in recent years.This paper analyzes the production process of Ganpu tea and explores the factors that affect the quality of Ganpu tea in the processing process,thereby providing certain guiding significance for Ganpu tea industry standardization,product quality improvement,and industrial efficiency improvement.关键词
