Analysis on the Medication Law of Anti-radiation TCM Compound Patents in National Patent Database Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the compatibility law of anti-radiation TCM compounds in the national patent database using data mining;To provide ideas for the treatment of radiation damage and the development of new drugs.Methods TCM compound patents with anti-radiation effects from September 10,1985 to August 8,2024 were retrieved from the national patent database.The frequency,efficacy,efficacy category,property,taste and meridian of the drugs were analyzed by Excel 2021 software.The association rules were analyzed with SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.SPSS Statistics 25.0 software was used for clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs.Results A total of 101 TCM compound patents were included,involving 245 kinds of Chinese materia medica,among which the most frequently used Chinese materia medica were Astragali Radix,Lycii Fructus,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.,with the main effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting fluid and nourishing blood,moistening bowel and tonifying liver and kidney.The main efficacy categories were tonifying drug,heat clearing drug,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drug.The main properties were warm,cold and neutral,and the main tastes were sweet,bitter and pungent,and the main meridians were lung,liver and kidney meridians.27 drug pairs were obtained by association rule analysis.Five drug combinations were obtained by clustering analysis.Conclusion The treatment of radiation injury with TCM compound patents mainly starts from"deficiency,heat and blood stasis",and the treatment is to sweet-warm tonifying middle energizer,bitter cold clearing fire,removing blood stasis with herbs acrid in flavor,commonly used the drugs with the efficacy of tonifying qi and blood,clearing heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and reducing stasis.关键词
