《御药院方·补虚损门》治疗虚劳组方规律及用药特色探析
Exploration on Prescription Law and Medication Characteristics for Consumptive Disease in Yu Yao Yuan Fang·Bu Xu Sun Men
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the prescription law and medication characteristics of Yu Yao Yuan Fang·Bu Xu Sun Men in the treatment of consumptive disease using data mining technology.Methods The prescriptions related to the treatment of consumptive disease were sorted and recorded.Excel 2016 software was used to count the medication frequency and the properties,tastes and meridian tropism.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used for association analysis,and SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used for clustering analysis.Results A total of 100 prescriptions were included after screening,involving 208 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a total frequency of 945 times.High-frequency drugs(frequency≥10)included 30 kinds of Chinese materia medica,such as Poria,Cyathulae Radix,Polygalae Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Cistanches Herba.The medicinal properties were mostly warm and neutral,and the medicinal tastes were mostly sweet,pungent and bitter.Meanwhile the meridian tropism was mainly kidney,liver and spleen meridians.Finally,11 strong association rules and 5 clustering parties were obtained.Conclusion The medication in Yu Yao Yuan Fang·Bu Xu Sun Men for consumptive disease is mainly warm and sweet drugs,emphasizing tonifying kidney yang,nourishing yin and filling essence,strengthening the middle and tonifying deficiency,calming the heart and mind,strengthening the body and dispelling pathogenic factors,while also making good use of herbs that are related to flesh and blood,have the same origin as medicine and food,and aromatic drugs.关键词
