科技小院赋能农业强国建设实践路径研究

Abstract
The 20th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China drew up a grand blueprint for the second centenary goal,taking promoting comprehensive rural revitalization as the general starting point for solving the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"issues.To build a modern and powerful socialist country,the most arduous and arduous task still lies in rural areas.With the development of economy and society,developing new quality agricultural productive forces is gradually becoming an important means to solve the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"issues and build a strong agricultural country.As a primary-level service site integrating talent training,scientific and technological innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the Science and Technology Academy has unique advantages for promoting the construction of a strong agricultural country.On the basis of demonstrating the value of small science and technology courtyards in empowering the construction of an agricultural power,this paper explores the practical path for small science and technology courtyards to empower the construction of an agricultural power from three dimensions:talent cultivation,achievement transformation and primary-level governance,so as to better play the role of small science and technology courtyards in developing new quality agricultural productive forces and promoting the construction of a strong agricultural country.关键词
