基于古籍的中医治疗膝骨关节炎用药规律研究
Study on the Medication Law of TCM in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Based on Ancient TCM Books

Abstract
Objective To explore the prescription and medication law in TCM treatment for knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in ancient TCM books based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System 3.0(TCMICS 3.0);To provide references for modern clinical treatment and evidence of ancient TCM books.Methods A comprehensive collection of KOA prescriptions in ancient TCM books was made,and the prescriptions meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were screened and recorded into TCMICS 3.0.The prescription and frequency of drug use,properties,tastes and meridians and the commonly used medicinal combinations were counted.Results A total of 510 pieces of literature in ancient TCM books were screened,including 221 named prescriptions,25 kinds of Chinese materia medica with a frequency of more than 40 times.The top three prescriptions were Dafangfeng Decoction,Wutou Decoction and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,while the top five drugs were Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Saposhnikoviae Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.Association rule analysis showed that the core drug combination was modified Angelica Sinensis Radix,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praparata,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Eucommiae cortex,Saposhnikoviae Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix,Astragali Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba.Conclusion The main prescriptions for the treatment of KOA in ancient times were Dafangfeng Decoction,Wutou Decoction and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.The drugs mainly used are nourishing liver and kidney,invigorating qi and nourishing blood or activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,warming the meridian and dispelling cold.关键词
