Analysis on Acupoints Selection Law in Acupuncture and Moxibution for Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis Based on Data Mining
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the acupoints selection law in acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)based on data mining methods.Methods The clinical research literature about acupuncture and moxibustion in treating RA was retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from the establishment of the database to December 31,2023,and then a database was established.Collective visualization analysis of acupoint compatibility was performed using R language 3.6.1,and Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the frequency,association rules,and complex network of acupoints.Results Totally 82 articles and 82 acupoint prescriptions were included,involving 100 acupoints.Among them,the acupoints with high frequency of application were Zusanli(ST36),Yanglingquan(GB34),Quchi(LI11),Waiguan(TE5),Shenshu(BL23),Hegu(LI4),Guanyuan(TE5),Kunlun(BL60),Jiexi(ST41),Yangxi(LI5),Xuehai(SP10),Ashi acupoints,Sanyinjiao(SP6),Jianyu(LI15),Yangchi(TE4)and Pishu(BL20).The meridians of acupoints were mainly the bladder meridian,intestine meridian,gallbladder meridian,and stomach meridian.The distribution of acupoints were mainly located in upper limb,lower limb and back.The visualization analysis of acupoint sets showed that the high-frequency acupoint combinations were as follows:Shenshu-Jianyu-Yangchi,Shenshu-Yangchi-Pishu,Shenshu-Jianyu-Pishu,Kunlun-Jianyu-Yangchi;the analysis of acupoint association rules showed that the combinations of highly correlated acupoints were as follows:Ganshu-Shenshu→Pishu,Zusanli-Ganshu-Shenshu→Pishu,Yanglingquan-Ganshu-Shenshu→Pishu,Yangchi-Kunlun-Shenshu→Jianyu and Yanglingquan-Yangchi-Kunlun-Shenshu→Jianyu;complex network analysis showed that the core acupoint combinations were Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Guanyuan,Shenshu,Xuehai,Kunlun,Jiexi,Yangxi,Jianxi,and Yangchi.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in treating RA focuses on the combination of tonifying the deficiency and purging the excess.The treatment selects localized acupoints based on the location of joint lesions,and the selection of limb acupoints fully characterizes the proximal effect of acupoints which can be interpreted as that"the location of acupoints indicates the scope of its main treatment".关键词
