外源褪黑素对植物作用的功能特性及应用机理
摘要
Abstract
As a highly efficient bioregulator,Melatonin(MT)can significantly improve crop stress resistance and effectively resist abiotic stresses such as drought,high temperature,low temperature,and salt-alkali.It builds a defense line for plant cells by activating antioxidant enzyme systems and promoting the accumulation of osmotic substances.Maintain normal physiological functions and growth and development.Melatonin,as a natural and non-toxic biological preservative,can significantly extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables and reduce post-harvest loss.It plays a key role in the regulation of plant maturity,affecting plant maturity and aging by regulating ethylene production,energy metabolism and antioxidant systems.In addition,melatonin plays a positive role in the regulation of plant resistance,significantly enhancing various plant resistances by regulating the antioxidant system,activating metabolic pathways and signal transduction.This paper intends to summarize the functional characteristics of exogenous melatonin's effect on plants,provide a theoretical basis for its application in actual production processes,and provide new perspectives and potential strategies in plant protection,preservation regulation and yield improvement.关键词
