Abstract
Microplastic pollution poses a huge threat to the ecological environment and human health,and improving relevant laws is of great significance for the prevention and control of microplastic pollution.In order to achieve the prevention and control of microplastic pollution,it is necessary to optimize prevention and control technologies and regulatory strategies,and strengthen publicity and education on microplastic pollution prevention and control.This paper explores the significance,current situation,and path of preventing and controlling microplastic pollution,analyzes the existing legal regulations on microplastic pollution,and proposes strategies for improving microplastic pollution prevention and control laws based on environmental protection.Overall,it is necessary to improve the legal content related to environmental protection,formulate special laws for microplastics,strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,and provide reference for the prevention and control of microplastic pollution.关键词
