ITGAL、GPR110表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征及预后的关系
The Relationship between the Expression of ITGAL and GPR110 and the Clinicopathological Characteristics and Prognosis of Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of integrin α L(ITGAL)and G pro-tein-coupled receptor 110(GPR110)with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in breast cancer.Methods A total of 48 breast cancer patients treated at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from September 2018 to Feb-ruary 2019 were included.Immunohistochemistry was performed to assess ITGAL and GPR110 expression in tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues;Cox regression analysis was used to identify prognostic factors.Results The positive expression rate of ITGAL and GPR110 were significantly higher in tumor tissues than in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).These rates were also elevated in patients with tumor size≥3cm,lymph node metastasis,or TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ compared to those with tumor size<3cm,no lymph node metastasis,or TNM stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(P<0.05).The death group showed higher ITGAL and GPR110 expression than the survival group(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate was lower in ITGAL-positive patients(26.67% vs 72.22%)and GPR110-pos-itive patients(28.57% vs 84.62%)(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis identified lymph node metastasis,TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,and ITGAL/GPR110 positivity as independent risk factors for poor prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion ITGAL and GPR110 are high-ly expressed in cancerous tissues in breast cancer patients,which are higher than that in adjacent tissues.The high expression of ITGAL and GPR110 in breast cancer is associated with lymph node metastasis,and TNM stage,and can serve as important markers for prognosis evaluation.关键词
