血液灌流联合序贯血液透析滤过对慢性肾衰竭患者骨代谢的影响
Effects of Hemoperfusion Combined with Sequential hemodiafiltration on Bone Metabolism in Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of hemoperfusion combined with sequential hemodiafiltration on bone metabolism in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 92 patients with chronic kidney failure(CKD)admitted to Tongling Municipal Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group based on the different treatment methods in the data,each group(n=46).The control group was treated with sequential hemodiafiltration,while the experimental group was treated with sequential he-modiafiltration combined with hemoperfusion.Serum levels of type Ⅰ procollagen N-terminal propeptide(PICP),N-terminal mid-molecule fragment of osteocalcin(N-MID),and β-C-terminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen([3-CTX)were detected by electrochemiluminescence.The bone metabolism indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after the treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,the bone metabolism indicators of both groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with sequential hemodiafiltration can significantly improve abnormal bone metabolism in CKD patients and has good clinical application value.关键词
