新农科背景下林学专业"科产教"交叉融合与校企协同育人:问题、策略与路径
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the current new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the forestry specialty in the construction of New Agricultural Science is facing the challenge of adapting to the needs of the new era and cultivating innovative and compound talents.The integration of science,industry,and education,as well as the collaborative talent cultivation model between universities and enterprises,has become one of the key paths to promote the development of the forestry specialty.This paper clarifies the requirements of New Agricultural Science and technology talents,the connotations and significance of the integration of science,industry,and education,and the collaborative cultivation of talents between universities and enterprises.It deeply analyzes the existing problems of the forestry specialty under this model and puts forward targeted strategies and implementation paths,aiming to improve the quality of forestry specialty talent cultivation and promote the coordinated development of forestry industry,teaching,and scientific research.关键词
