高血压患者24h尿钠钾、TyG指数及cGMP与疾病程度、动脉僵硬度的关系研究

Abstract
Objective This study investigates the relationship between 24 h urinary sodium-potassium ratio,triglycer-ide-glucose(TyG)index,cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP),and disease severity and arterial stiffness in hypertension patients.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,100 hypertensive patients from Liushun Community of Heilongji-ang Provincial Hospital were enrolled as the observation group,and 100 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations served as controls.The 24 h urinary sodium and potassium levels were measured using an automatic biochemical analyzer.The TyG index was calculated using the formula,and cGMP levels were quantified via an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Ar-terial stiffness was assessed with an arteriosclerosis detector.Data from both groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher 24 h urinary sodium levels and sodium-potassium ratios(P＜0.05)but lower urinary potassium levels(P＜0.05).The TyG index,cGMP levels,and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)were also elevated in the observation group(P＜0.05).Compared to grade 1 hypertension,grade 2 and grade 3 patients showed higher sodium-potassium ratios,TyG indices,and cGMP levels(P＜0.05),with grade 3 values exceeding grade 2(P＜0.05).The high baPWV group exhibited higher sodium-potassium ratios,TyG index,and cGMP levels than the low baPWV group(P＜0.05).These markers positively correlated with hypertension severity and arterial stiffness(P＜0.05).Conclusion The 24 h urinary sodium-potassium ratio,TyG index,and cGMP levels are elevated in hypertension and correlate with disease severity and arte-rial stiffness.Combined measurement of these markers may predict hypertension progression and vascular complications.关键词
