德谷门冬双胰岛素与基础-餐时胰岛素强化治疗对2型糖尿病血糖控制效果对比研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of basal-bolus insulin regimen and Degludec Aspart insulin on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 70 T2DM patients admitted to the Wuhu First People's Hospital from January 2022 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35).The observation group was treated with Degludec Aspart insulin,while the control group received a bas-al-bolus insulin intensive therapy regimen.After 12 weeks of treatment in both groups,clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism in-dicators,insulin function indicators,and safety were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS)and Homeostatic Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance(HOMA-IR)in the observation group and the control group after treatment were decreased(P＜0.05),and the HOMA-β F value was increased(P＜0.05).The levels of HbA1c,FINS and HOMA-IR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The HOMA-β F value was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in FPG level between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 22.86％(8/35)in the ob-servation group and 14.29％(5/35)in the control group;there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of ad-verse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Both basal-bolus insulin regimen and Degludec Aspart insulin can reduce blood glucose levels and improve β-cell function in T2DM patients.Degludec Aspart insulin provides more efficient blood glucose control,is safe and reliable,and is suitable for T2DM patients with poor adherence or high risk of hypoglycemia.关键词
