Abstract
Objective To review the existing research on the treatment of traumatic injuries with Zhishang Capsule,conduct clinical evidence and comprehensive value evaluation from"6+1"dimensions,highlight the advantages and characteristics of Zhishang Capsule tablets,and provide reference for the decision-making of national medical management departments.Methods A scientific and standardized data integration analysis and comprehensive assessment combining qualitative and quantitative methods should be carried out around the"6+1"dimensions of the safety,effectiveness,economy,suitability,accessibility,innovation,and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic techniques of Zhishang Capsules in treating contusions and sprains.Results Zhishang Capsule is an exclusive variety,and safety analysis shows that Zhishang Capsule has high safety.Toxicological research results show that this product has good safety in animal bodies,and there are no obvious toxic side effects in clinical studies.A total of 170 cases and 227 cases of adverse reactions were retrieved from the National Adverse Reaction Monitoring Center,and 10 cases and 14 cases of adverse events were reported in the literature(incidence rate of 3.33%).The incidence of adverse reactions of this product is low and the stability is good.The effectiveness analysis shows that the Zhishang Capsule has good therapeutic effects on soft tissue injuries,joint sprains and other traumatic diseases,and significantly improves clinical symptoms such as pain and swelling.This product has a long history of inheritance,clear indications,and can be taken orally or externally.It has outstanding traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and certain innovation;Moderate drug prices and good economic viability;Easy to carry and use,complete drug instructions,and convenient for clinical use;This product has abundant medicinal resources and can ensure supply.Conclusion Zhishang Capsules have good clinical value in the treatment of contusions and sprains.关键词
