维生素D联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效及对血清炎症因子和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响
Efficacy of Vitamin D Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children and Its Effect on Serum Inflammatory Factors and T Lymphocyte Subsets

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of vitamin D drops combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.Methods A total of 148 children with MPP admitted to the Department of Pediatrics at Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from January to December 2024 were enrolled.Based on patient preference and different treatment regimens,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 74 cases in each group.The control group:Intravenous azithromycin was administered at a dose of 10 mg/kg daily for 5 consecutive days,followed by a 4-day withdrawal period.Then,oral azithromycin tablets were given at 10 mg/(kg·d)for 3 days.The obser-vation group:Based on the control group's treatment,vitamin D drops(400 U/dose,once daily)were added.Both groups were treated for 12 days in total.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the time of symptom relief was recorded.Before and after treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),interleukin-6(IL-6)and the percentage of CD4+T and CD8+T cells in peripheral blood were detected.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.95%and 86.49%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter antipyretic time,cough disappearance time,and lung moist rale disappearance time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of serum CRP,LDH and IL-6 in the observation group were lower(P<0.05),and the percentage of CD4+T cells and the ratios of CD4+/CD8+were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D drops combined with azithromycin can promote the relief of symptoms in children and have a good effect on MPP in children.The mechanism may be related to reducing inflamma-tion and improving immunity.关键词
