摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guizhi and Gegen Decoction combined with traditional Chinese massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis caused by wind-cold arthralgia.Methods A total of 83 patients with cervical spondylosis of wind-cold obstruction syndrome admitted to Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional Western medical treatment,while the observation group was treated with Guizhi and Gegen Decoction combined with traditional Chinese massage.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,pain degree,cervical spine function,quality of life and inflammatory indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 73.17%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the scores of the 36-item Short Form 36 Health Questionnaire(SF-36)in both groups increased(P＜0.05),and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8),and substance P in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with cervical spondylosis due to wind-cold obstruction syndrome,the treatment of Guizhi and Gegen Decoction combined with traditional Chinese massage can alleviate clinical symptoms,relieve the degree of pain and local inflammatory response,promote the recovery of cervical spine function,significantly improve the quality of life,and achieve remarkable therapeutic effects.关键词
