摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to alleviate the problem of traffic congestion,and a two-level programming model is established by combining traffic signal control and traffic allocation,with the upper model aiming at minimizing the total delay time of the system,and the lower model taking the travel time equilibrium of any driving path in the control area as the control goal.The model comprehensively considers the travel time of the road section and the delay time of the intersection signal,and solves it by genetic algorithm.The results show that compared with the line coordination control method,the equilibrium control method significantly reduces the delay time and travel time of the road network,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
