从麻黄类方认识"脏腑别通"理论
Understanding the Theory of"Visceral Alternate Connectivity"from Ephedra-Based Formulae
摘要
Abstract
The Huangdi's Internal Classic systematically elucidates the core regulatory role of qi transformation in human physiology through the framework of the three yin and three yang opening-closing-pivoting theory.Li Chan of the Ming Dynasty first proposed the theory that"lung and bladder connect"in the book Introduction to Medicine, expanding the clinical applications of visceral theory. He believes that the lung governs the skin and regulates the opening/closing of striae, while the bladder meridian of taiyang,as the"great yang",commands the body's superficial yang qi.The lung and the bladder maintain close connections through collaborative mechanisms including defensive qi securing exterior,qi transformation and distribution,five-phase mutual generation, and yin-yang opening/closing dynamics.Ephedra Decoction,as a classic acrid-warm exterior-releasing formula, profoundly embodies the integration of qi transformation theory and visceral alternate connectivity principles. This study systematically deciphers the connotation of the Lung-Bladder interconnection from the perspective of the formulation principles of Ephedra-based formulas. While deepening the understanding of Ephedra Decoction as a"exterior-releasing exterioring formula,"this article strongly validates and enriches the clinical value of the"Visceral Alternate Connectivity"theory, providing a new pivot for the modern interpretation and application of classical theories.关键词
