宣肺健脾针刺法对轻中度OSAHS患者血氧饱和度、氧化应激的影响
Effect of the Lung Diffusing and Spleen Fortifying Acupuncture Method on Blood Oxygen Saturation and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Mild to Moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the Lung Diffusing and Spleen Fortifying Acupuncture Method on blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)and oxidative stress in patients with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 82 patients with mild to moderate OSAHS who were treated at Mianyang City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were included.The patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a conventional treatment group,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional drug therapy,while the acupuncture group additionally received the Lung Diffusing and Spleen Fortifying Acupuncture Method Treatment.The apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),longest apnea duration,nocturnal minimum SaO2,and mean SaO2 were recorded before and after treatment.Serum oxidative stress indicators and inflammatory factor levels were also measured,and treatment efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the AHI and longest apnea duration in the acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The nocturnal minimum SaO2 in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in mean SaO2 between groups(P>0.05).The serum malondialdehyde(MDA)level in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05),and the catalase(CAT)level was higher(P<0.05).Levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB)in the acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Lung Diffusing and Spleen Fortifying Acupuncture Method effectively improves clinical symptoms in patients with mild to moderate OSAHS,prevents excessively low nocturnal SaO2 levels,reduces oxidative stress response,and downregulates inflammatory factors,with significant overall efficacy.关键词
