基于"阳化气,阴成形"探讨扶阳化阴法在内耳眩晕症中的应用

摘要
Abstract
"Endolymphatic hydrops"is the pathological basis of inner ear vertigo and falls under the category of"phlegm retention"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Based on the theory of"Yang transforms into qi,while yin constitutes form,"it can be inferred that insufficient yang transforming qi is the basis for its onset,while excessive yin forming is an important condition for its onset.Therefore,the treatment should"carefully assess the state of Yin and Yang and adjust them accordingly,"using Yang-supporting and Yin-transforming therapies,such as warming the lung to dispel cold,warming the spleen to resolve fluid retention,and warming the kidney to promote diuresis,depending on the degree of lung,spleen,and kidney Yang deficiency.The elimination of phlegm and fluid retention is emphasized throughout the treatment,aiming to restore Qi transformation function of triple energizers,while preventing the formation of turbid Yin.This corrects the imbalance of insufficient Yang transformation of qi and excessive Yin formation.A clinical case is provided as evidence.关键词
