锌精馏炉双级式列管换热器的设计与数值模拟优化
Design and optimization of two-stage tube heat exchanger in zinc refining process based on numerical simulation technology
摘要
Abstract
A new type of a two-stage tube heat exchanger based on active air supply was developed in order to solve problems such as low combustion and energy utilization efficiency due to air leakage during the air preheating process and refined zinc condensation process.A new type of two-stage tube heat exchanger with high heat transfer efficiency and easy ash cleaning was designed by reconstructing the relative position and spatial arrangement of the fluid inside the heat exchanger.Based on numerical simulation technology,the performance evaluation criteria and other optimization indicators were taken into account,the general scheme of waste heat recovery for heat exchange chamber was obtained.The results shoe that the air preheating temperature can be increased by about 37.60 K when the new exchanger is adopted,and adding deflector or shortening the distance between the heat exchanger tube and the furnace wall can affect the degree of heat exchanger field energy and improve heat transfer efficiency.关键词
