健脾燥湿汤联合穴位贴敷治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的小儿腹痛脾虚湿阻证疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Jianpi Zaoshi Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Children with Abdominal Pain of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Obstruction Syndrome Type Infected by Helicobacter pylori

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Zaoshi Decoction combined with acupoint application in treating children with abdominal pain of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome type infected by Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods:A total of 86 children with abdominal pain of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome type due to Hp infection,admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Capital Medical University,and Capital Institute of Pediatrics from September 2023 to April 2024,were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.Ultimately,42 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group completed the efficacy evaluation.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received the same plus Jianpi Zaoshi Decoction and Shenque(CV8)acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,pain severity,Hp infection status,and serum indicators[C-reactive protein(CRP),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT),and somatostatin(SS)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group showed higher total effective rate,Hp-negative conversion rate,and serum levels of SOD and SS(P<0.05),greater improvement in TCM syndrome scores and pain severity,and lower serum levels of CRP,MDA,GAS,and MOT(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Zaoshi Decoction combined with Shenque acupoint application has a good therapeutic effect,alleviating symptoms and pain severity,improving the Hp-negative conversion rate,increasing SOD and SS levels,reducing CRP,MDA,GAS,and MOT levels,and not increasing adverse reactions.关键词
