自拟甘麦顺气汤治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证的临床研究
Clinical Study of Self-Developed Ganmai Shunqi Decoction for Treating Functional Dyspepsia with Liver-Stomach Disharmony Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of a self-developed Ganmai Shunqi Decoction in treating functional dyspepsia(FD)with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.Methods:This study included 180 FD patients meeting diagnostic criteria,treated at the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shantou Second People's Hospital,from June 2023 to April 2024.Patients were randomly assigned to three groups(60 patients in each group).The experimental group received the self-developed Ganmai Shunqi Decoction;Control Group A received the decoction combined with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and domperidone tablets;Control Group B received only omeprazole and domperidone.The treatment duration was 2 weeks.Primary outcomes included changes in FD Symptom Score(FDSD),Functional Dyspepsia Quality of Life Questionnaire(FDDQL)scores,gastrin(GAS),pepsinogen II(PG II)levels,nutritional status,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rates in the experimental and Control A groups were 95.00%(57/60)and 96.67%(58/60),respectively,significantly higher than that of Control B(66.67%,40/60)(P<0.01).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FDSD and FDDQL scores among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental and Control A groups showed significantly lower FDSD scores and higher FDDQL scores compared to Control B(P<0.01).GAS levels significantly decreased,and PG II levels significantly increased in the experimental and Control A groups compared to Control B(P<0.01).Moreover,total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),and prealbumin(PAB)levels improved significantly in the experimental and Control A groups compared to Control B(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in adverse reaction rates among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-developed Ganmai Shunqi Decoction is comparable to integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatments in improving symptoms and quality of life for FD patients with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome,demonstrating promising potential for broader application.关键词
