加味复方生化汤联合低频电刺激对产后恶露不绝持续时间及凝血功能的影响
Effects of Modified Compound Shenghua Decoction Combined with Low-Frequency Electrical Stimulation on the Duration of Postpartum Lochiorrhea and Coagulation Function

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of modified compound Shenghua Decoction combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation on the duration of postpartum lochiorrhea and coagulation function.Methods:A total of 60 patients with postpartum lochiorrhea admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Henan Reproductive and Maternity Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an electrical stimulation group and a Shenghua Decoction group using a simple randomization method.Both groups received routine postpartum interventions.The electrical stimulation group(30 cases)was treated with low-frequency electrical stimulation,while the Shenghua Decoction group(30 cases)was treated with modified compound Shenghua Decoction combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation.The two groups were compared in terms of the amount of bloody lochia,time to cessation of bloody lochia,time to complete cessation of lochia,time to menstrual resumption,adverse reaction rate,total effective rate,uterine three-dimensional sum,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,hemoglobin(Hb)levels,and coagulation function indicators.Results:The Shenghua Decoction group had a shorter time to cessation of bloody lochia,cessation of lochia,and menstrual resumption,as well as less bloody lochia volume compared to the electrical stimulation group(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in uterine three-dimensional sum or TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a reduction in uterine three-dimensional sum and TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05),with the Shenghua Decoction group exhibiting lower values than the electrical stimulation group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Hb levels or coagulation function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Hb levels increased in both groups,with the Shenghua Decoction group showing higher levels than the electrical stimulation group(P<0.05).Post-treatment fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and prothrombin time(PT)decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the Shenghua Decoction group exhibiting lower values than the electrical stimulation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the Shenghua Decoction group was 96.67%(29/30),significantly higher than the 80.00%(24/30)in the electrical stimulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified compound Shenghua Decoction combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation can improve coagulation function,shorten the duration of lochiorrhea,and accelerate menstrual resumption in patients with postpartum lochiorrhea.关键词
