中医药防治子宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of High-Risk Human Papillomavirus(HR-HPV)Infection of the Cervix

Abstract
Persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)is a major factor in the development and progression of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.In recent years,studies on the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)have shown unique advantages,providing theoretical support for clinical treatment to prevent the progression to cervical cancer.A review of the literature reveals that the primary mechanisms of action of individual Chinese herbal compounds against HR-HPV include regulation of relevant protein expression,inhibition of inflammatory responses,and induction of apoptosis and autophagy.Compound TCM formulas and external TCM treatments for cervical HR-HPV infection primarily work by alleviating local symptoms of the cervix and vagina,regulating the vaginal microenvironment,enhancing local cervical immunity,and promoting the repair of cervical epithelial cells.These findings provide a reference for further research on the rational use of TCM in treating cervical HR-HPV infection.关键词
