Abstract
Taking Chongxin County,Pingliang City,Gansu Province as an example,this paper discusses the practice of urban physical examination in the housing dimension from the perspective of urban renewal.This paper constructs the framework of'feature identification-index construction-subjective and objective evaluation-database management-list governance',constructs an evaluation index system by analyzing the development history of residential areas and residential building attributes,and uses subjective and objective evaluation methods to study and judge the indicators.Use database management to improve the efficiency of data management and statistics to ensure the continuity of work.In this way,a list of problems,a list of remediation and a list of projects are formed,and the application and transformation of achievements are strengthened to provide reference for urban renewal.关键词
