摘要
Abstract
Professor SHI Zhenggang believes that food accumulation is a gastrointestinal disorder in chil-dren caused by internal injury from breast milk or diet,stagnation in the middle energizer,undigested accumu-lation,and obstructed qi movement.The etiology and pathogenesis of spleen deficiency with accumulation syn-drome involve congenital insufficiency,weak spleen and stomach,or post-illness dysregulation leading to spleen qi deficiency.Improper use of cold and cooling medications may result in spleen-stomach deficiency-cold,impairing digestion and absorption.Alternatively,excessive milk or food intake may overwhelm the spleen and stomach,leading to stagnation and accumulation.Based on the Sijunzi Tang(四君子汤),his tai-lored treatment has achieved satisfactory clinical outcomes.A case example is included for verification.关键词
