存阴退热法在小儿外感热病中的应用探析

摘要
Abstract
The"preserving yin and reducing heat"method originates from Wenbing Tiaobian(《温病条辨》,Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Diseases)by WU Jutong and is considered the foremost strategy for treating febrile diseases in children.Due to children's constitutional tendency of"excess yang and deficient yin,"febrile diseases often manifest with high fever,rapid progression,and a propensity for recurrence.Protecting yin is prioritized by reinforcing and safeguarding yin to prevent further pathogenic inva-sion.Additionally,during the treatment of pediatric exogenous febrile diseases,caution should be exercised in using bitter-cold herbs,preserving yin in the triple energizer(Sanjiao),and adhering to the"Three prohibi-tions of yin protection."Post-febrile disease recovery and relapse prevention should also be emphasized.The therapeutic principle focuses on conserving body fluids to eliminate fever,restore yin fluids,and harmonize yin and yang.关键词
