Abstract
A fault diagnosis algorithm based on hierarchical multimode hybrid Kalman filtering is proposed for the problem of multiple fault diagnosis of aeroengines.The algorithm combines the features of hybrid Kalman filtering and multimode filtering algorithms,and adopts a hierarchical diagnostic architecture for fault diagno-sis,which can simultaneously diagnose single and double engine faults.The base layer carries out preliminary diagnosis and classifies the fault modes.The hybrid layer analyzes the specific fault conditions on this basis,and finally outputs the diagnostic results in a comprehensive manner.The simulation of the designed fault diag-nosis algorithm is carried out by taking the double faults of the compressor and P3 sensor,T3 sensor and P6 sensor as an example.The results show that the diagnostic system can effectively detect and isolate the dual faults of sensors,their components and dual sensors under the condition of engine degradation.关键词
