摘要

Abstract

A rotor-support system model is established to improve the fault diagnosis capability of aeroengine health management system.The model vibration responses are obtained with common vibration failures inpu-ted.Combined the model vibration responses with the rotor system force analysis,the vibration sensitivity and the outward force similarity of system supports are derived.The results show that the system supports will be in-fected by the vibration faults and their vibration sensitivity will be different.During the study,for the rotor sys-tem,the No.2 support outward force value is maximum and it is minor deviation form that of the No.3.Accord-ing to the limited aeroengine rotor system test data with vibration faults,the three coordinate direction vibration sensitivities on a support same section are counted.Fortunately,based on the proposed method,the vibration measurement points of the aeroengine health management system are confirmed,including the axial position of intake casing,the vertical position of intermediate casing,and the vertical position of outer casing.The proposed method can be benefited for areoengine measurement point layout optimizations with engineering practicality.
