Anti poverty and promoting sharing:The logical and practical approaches of social security in promoting common prosperity

Abstract
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of China-style modernization.Social security,as an important institution for safeguarding and improving people's well-being and achieving shared development,plays a crucial role in promoting common prosperity by fulfilling the functions of anti-poverty and promoting shared development.The two functions are mutually reinforcing and jointly developing,working together to promote common prosperity.On the one hand,social security reduces the number of poor people and narrows the gap between the rich and the poor through means such as aid,insurance,welfare,and pension,thereby fulfilling the function of anti-poverty and laying a foundation for the fulfillment of the function of promoting shared development.On the other hand,social security promotes shared development by expanding its coverage,implementing multi-level protection,guiding multiple stakeholders to participate,and achieving sustainable development,thereby providing a path for the fulfillment of the function of anti-poverty.Therefore,we should fully recognize the role of anti-poverty and promoting shared development in the promotion of common prosperity through social security,and by continuously optimizing the functions and improving the social security system that is compatible with these two functions,we can better realize the role of social security in promoting common prosperity.关键词
