Research on the Optimization of Pocket Park Street-Facing Boundary Design Based on Viewshed Analysis

Abstract
Urban pocket park breaks through the limitation of the traditional park green space in terms of area.It is distributed in every corner of the city in the shape of scattered patches,and effectively promotes the improvement of the quality of urban public space.Through empirical research,it is found that there are problems in the actual use of the street-facing boundary space of the pocket park.This paper takes the viewshed analysis as the specific means and the integration degree and depth of the line of sight as the evaluation criteria,takes three pocket parks as representative cases,and explores the impact of various street-facing boundary space forms on the use of the pocket park in different street environments.Then,according to the nature of the boundary space road facing the street,the corresponding optimal design strategy is proposed to provide a feasible reference for the reasonable design of the street-facing boundary of the pocket park.关键词
