基于积极街道空间的设计策略研究
Research on Design Strategies Based on Positive Street Space:A Case of Chuangmei Building
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,the fragmented development of urban plots often neglects the urbanity and publicness of buildings as essential components of streets,leading to the alienation of urban interfaces and the compression of street spaces,which exacerbates the conflict between urban development and residents'lives.This paper aims to address the complexity and specificity of street spaces through design strategies,resolving the specific contradictions and forming feasible theoretical and practical approaches.Starting from the practice and combining with the case studies,the paper proposes a series of design strategies to optimize the street spaces,including enhancing the friendliness of urban interfaces,improving the quality of public spaces,and balancing functionality and form.The research results demonstrate that the systematic design interventions can effectively improve the use efficiency and publicness of street spaces,and promote the harmonious development between cities and residents'lives.Through architectural practice,this paper provides theoretical support and methodological guidance for addressing urban street space issues.关键词
