技术经济性驱动下超低能耗建筑节能设计探析
Exploration on Energy-Saving Design for Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Buildings Driven by Technological Economy:A Case of the Passive Houses in Qingdao Sino-German Ecological Park

Abstract
Under the backdrop of global climate change and the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",the construction field needs to promote the green transformation through ultra-low energy consumption technologies.In order to evaluate the development prospects of ultra-low energy consumption buildings,this paper,based on typical cases,adopts thermal performance indicators and cost-benefit models to analyze their comprehensive performance.The results show that the heating/cooling energy consumption of ultra-low energy consumption buildings is 65%lower than that of the conventional buildings.The annual energy consumption per unit area is only 21.4 kW·h/m2,and the annual carbon reduction amounts to 286 tons.This technology significantly enhances the energy efficiency and economy by optimizing the thermal performance of the envelope structure and integrating renewable energy.This research indicates that the ultra-low energy consumption buildings are the core carriers of building carbon neutrality,providing a key path for resolving the contradiction between energy consumption control and industrial development.关键词
