高质量充分就业背景下企业数字化转型对劳动力需求的影响
Research on the impact of enterprise digital transformation on labor demand in the context of high quality full employment

Abstract
Employment is one of the most fundamental aspects of people's livelihoods.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made significant plans to promote high-quality and full employment.However,in the production process,the application of a new round of technological revolutionwhich is represented by artificial intelligence has also brought new challenges to labor employment while driving high-quality economic development.Based on the data of China's listed companies from 2003 to 2022,the impacts of enterprise digital transformation on employment is examined.The study finds that enterprise digital transformation increases the enterprise's total demand for labor and increases the proportion of high-skilled labor.Enterprise innovation level and productivity are two major mechanisms by which digital transformation affects employment.Research indicates that in the context of the digital economy,achieving high-quality and full employment requires further deepening the digital transformation to drive high-quality development,expanding enterprises'demand for labor,and promoting employment through development.At the same time,it is also necessary to facilitate the upgrading of workers'skills to enhance the quality of labor supply.关键词
