Determination of Key Dynamical Parameters for Seismic Response Finite Element Analysis of UHV Pillar Type Electrical Equipment

Abstract
There are mainly two methods for analyzing the seismic response of electrical equipment:re-sponse spectrum method and dynamic time-history method.The values of some key dynamical parame-ters are not specified in seismic design specifications for electrical equipment.Therefore,the actual val-ues are often based on personal experience,resulting in the analysis results vary from person to person and are not accurate.In order to obtain the dynamic response of the structure as truly as possible through accurate valuing of key dynamical parameters at the calculation stage,UHV pillar type electrical equip-ment structures of the two representative materials and the structures with seismic reduction&isolation devices are analyzed.In the aspect of nonlinear time-history analysis,a reasonable valuing method is proposed,by comparing and analyzing the main parameters of dynamic time-history method:the mode participation order,the seismic wave and the peak acceleration.In the aspect of response spectrum anal-ysis,a multi-mode response spectrum analysis method based on pillar type electrical equipment of seis-mic reduction&isolation structure is proposed,referring to the relevant provisions of bridge seismic de-sign specification.Comparing to the test results,the proposed method has certain reliability and applica-bility.关键词
