Abstract

At present,the State Grid has formed a multi-level cloud-edge computing power architecture,including core cloud and edge cloud,etc.in province.With the significant improvement of the digitalization and intelligence of power services,the demand for computing power has grown rapidly,and the carrying demands of various computing power application scenarios has become differentiated,requiring collaborative scheduling between the network and computing power to meet the fast provision and access of network and computing resources based on user's SLA requirements.This paper focuses on the problem of cooperative scheduling of computing and network under the intra-province cloud-edge scene of the state grid,analyzes the typical computing power application scenarios and the collaborative requirements of computing and network.Based on the demand analysis,the collaborative scheduling architecture of computing network oriented to the state grid are proposed,as well as the definition of computing power management model.Secondly,according to the user's demand for fast computing power access,a multi-factor dynamic cooperative scheduling strategy for grid computing network is proposed,and a"task-based"cooperative scheduling process is further put forward.Through the overall research of this paper,from the three aspects of architecture,interface model definition and scheduling strategy,we can meet the cooperative scheduling requirements of computing power and network in power system,and effectively improve the computing power service performance of power communication network.
