摘要

Abstract

A river model is used to study the changes of river level,velocity and flow pattern after the construction of three parallel super major bridges of Guangzhou-Qingyuan Intercity Railway and Guangzhou-Foshan Western-loop Intercity Railway acrossing Xinjie River.Based on detailed comparative analysis of test data,the influences of the construction of three mega-bridges on flood carrying capacity,river regime stability and embankment safety are evaluated.The remedial measures for the silt removal of the bottomland in the center of the river are put forward,which provides a basis for flood control evaluation.
