摘要

Abstract

This article combines the characteristics and problems of water resources,economic and social development,and ecological environment protection in Ningxia at present.By constructing a mutually adaptive coupling coordination evaluation index system,the AHP-CRITIC combination weight model and coupling coordination model based on game theory are used to evaluate the development level,coupling coordination degree,and spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the composite system in five prefecture level cities in Ningxia from 2012 to 2021.The obstacle degree analysis model is also used to explore the factors that affect the coupling coordination degree of the system.The results indicate that the comprehensive evaluation index of the composite system shows an insignificant upward trend,and the three subsystems are in a high-level coupled state;Except for Shizuishan City,all other regions are in a state of coordinated development,and the overall coupling coordination degree of the system is basically stable at the intermediate level of coordination,and overall it is developing in a positive direction;The obstacle factors that have a significant impact on the coupling coordination degree in the composite system have shifted from the water quality compliance rate,COD concentration,and ammonia nitrogen concentration in the water functional area to per capita water resources,ecological water replenishment proportion,and water resource utilization control proportion.
