Abstract
The domestically developed large language model,DeepSeek,integrates usability,versatility and commercial viability.It is regarded as a paradigmatic exemplar of next-generation artificial intelligence(AI),guiding the trajectory of technological innovation.However,its capacity to cata-lyze sustained emergence of new quality productive forces(NQPF)warrants further exploration.The"DeepSeek Phenomenon"expands the conven-tional"technology-economy"paradigm,revealing a developmental framework of"innovation-technology-industry-productivity",thereby offering novel insights into the interplay among AI,technological innovation,and NQPF.Theoretically,grounded in modern innovation economics and total factor productivity principles,the rationale is established for AI represented by DeepSeek to drive technological innovation and subsequently stimulate NQPF.Mechanistically,the evolution from DeepSeek to NQPF reflects a shift from parallel innovation-industrial chains to the integration of talent-ideation chains,inducing fundamental transformations across four dimensions:laborers,production materials,labor objects,and their optimized configurations.On the implementation path,we can further expand DeepSeek's short-term success"trajectory",gradually bridge the closed loop from innovation re-source investment to overall leapfrogging of productivity and identify more"breakthrough points"for technological innovation.By promoting a universal and open technology development road-map,we can accelerate the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation,creating more real-world application scenarios for the implementation of NQPF.关键词
