New Quality Productive Forces Promotes the Construction of A Cultural Power:Logical and Practical Approaches

Abstract
Empowering the construction of a socialist cultural power with new quality productive forces is not only an inevitable requirement for promo-ting the intelligent upgrading of cultural construction in the new era,but also a mission for building modern civilization of the Chinese nation.As an ad-vanced productive force driven by innovation,the new quality productive forces have formed a logical path of activating the foundation,strengthening support,consolidating strength,and expanding influence through the progressive collaborative linkage of technological empowerment,factor restructu-ring,value upgrading,and civilization symbiosis,which inject momentum into the construction of a strong cultural country in the new era.At present,in the process of empowering the construction of a cultural power with new quality productive forces,there are basic constraints at the technological level,transmission barriers at the talent level,imbalanced layout at the industrial level,lagging construction at the institutional level,and risky chal-lenges at the value level.These difficulties,following the transmission logic of base layer(elements)-intermediate layer(system)-apex(value),col-lectively constitute challenges to the construction of a cultural power.In this regard,a practical optimization path should be formed through strengthe-ning the collaborative innovation of all elements of digital technology,cultivating an innovative and composite talent pool,promoting the optimization of cultural industry structure,innovating cultural governance paradigms,and building a resilient guarantee system for cultural ecology.关键词
